Role Description:

- This is a full-time on-site role as a Branch Head located in Cooch Behar at Aye Finance Ltd.

- The Branch Head will be responsible for overseeing the branch operations, managing a team, developing business strategies, maintaining customer relationships, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

- Financial Analysis and Credit Evaluation skills

- Customer Relationship Management and Sales skills
