Desired experience and expertise:
- At least 7 - 8 years of relevant experience in Talent Acquisition, Employee Insurance, Employee Engagement & Training & Development from Manufacturing / Power / Renewable Sector
- MBA in Human Resources
- Excellent academic track record and technical acumen
