Axxela Research & Analytics - Commodity Research Analyst - Grains & Oilseeds Market (2-5 yrs)
We are looking for an experienced professional who can understand, research and analyse key trends and fundamentals in the US Grains and Oilseeds market.
Responsibilities:
- Understand, analyze, maintain and update the supply and demand dynamics of the grains and oilseeds market
- Gather, process and summarize the fundamental data using proprietary and external data resources ( Bloomberg, Reuters )
- Statistically analyze /develop models and other analytical tools to evaluate the fundamental data
- Prepare impactful market reports for the commodity desk
- Discuss market developments with analysts/management on a regular basis and prepare the analysts for any incoming major data release
Requirements:
- 2 - 5 yrs. industry experience in research in the Grains and Oilseeds market
- Enthusiasm and motivation to stay abreast with the latest trends and developments in the grains and oilseeds market
- Proficient in managing and processing data with advanced excel skills / other programming skills
- Expertise in technical analysis welcome
