AXISCADES - Senior Recruitment Role (7-9 yrs)

This position is responsible for providing the highest level of staffing services to AXISCADES businesses, delivering high quality candidates while guiding hiring managers and candidates through the selection process, performing full lifecycle recruiting and maintaining excellent relations with hiring managers, candidates, and the community at large.


The Ideal Candidate Will Have :

- More than 5 years experience in full lifecycle recruiting, preferably in corporate staffing or a recruiting agency with overall experience of 7-9 years

- Extensive experience in recruiting for engineering positions across skills

- Good experience in overseas hiring for US/European market will be an added advantage

- Should have done end to end recruitment for Engineering positions and preferably for diversified industry customers (OEMs) from Automotive Engineering, Heavy & Industrial Engineering, Aerospace etc..

- Should be very thorough with understanding the new age technologies and skills

- An expert level of knowledge in full lifecycle recruitment-sourcing, qualifying, networking,

- Should be able to do extensive multi-tasking and managing volumes

- Should be able to lead a small team

- Should be able to work and perform under pressure managing the stake holders such as leadership, hiring managers/account

- Experience using applicant tracking systems or other resources

- Ability to source & cold call

- Strong sourcing skills to continuously build the pipeline of qualified screened candidates & should be able to network well

Must Have :

- Bachelor's/Master's degree or equivalent experience in other areas of human resources is a plus

- Strong influencing & diplomacy skills, result orientation

- Able to work in ambiguous situations, good problem solving skills

- Ability to take initiative & work independently

- Ability to quickly establish credibility & relationships, adjust to multiple demands

- Build, and have a keen sense of negotiation with all - customers- including candidates, hiring managers and business partners.

- Stay informed of trends and innovative recruiting techniques in order to be competitive in state-of-the-art recruiting practices.

- Uniquely strong communications skills, both written & verbal Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite products
