About Role: Incumbent will be part of Global Business Development Team working with Diverse Teams across Globe and enable Sales Initiatives. Develop a Business strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction

Mandatory Skills:

- Good understanding of Medical Devices Business/Industrial/Embedded

- Required to Sell Medical Devices/Industrial/Embedded Engineering Services to Large OEMs

- Exposure on Conducing research to identify new markets and customer needs

- Manage business Proposals and meetings with prospective clients

- Experience in Promoting the company's products/services addressing or predicting clients objectives

- Managing Contracts/Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.

- Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support

- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers

- Develop entry level staff into valuable salespeople

Desired Skills:

- Exposure in Preparing sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines

- Exposure towards Digital Domain is a plus

Education: Engineering in Mechanical / Automobile / equivalent and MBA from Tier 1 Institution

Location: Bangalore

Experience: 4-10 Yrs
