1) About the Product:

Product to be managed: NDPMS(Non Discretionary Portfolio Management Service)

- Non Discretionary Portfolio Management Service (NDPMS) is a SEBI licensed Portfolio Manager

- Portfolio Management with institutionalized process of stock picking and investment solutions with customer consent

- The objective of the Portfolio Manager is to create Equity Portfolio for customers with customer consent

-  NDPMS is a one of its kind proposition of creating equity portfolio, with an objective of long term wealth creation and short term income generation

- The minimum investment requirement for NDPMS is Rs. 25 lakh

2) Responsibilities:

 - The Selected candidate will be the Product specialist and Marketing expert for NDPMS Product

 - Will be the key person managing the assigned region/s and driving the business

 - Should have strong marketing strategies and innovative skills in the assigned region

 - Will be increasing businesses through assigned branches and Distributors

 - Should continuously develop and improve a network of leaders and individuals to promote and exceed in NDPMS business

 - Meet HNI customers for NDPMS offering

3)Required Skills

- Should have strong presentation skills and strength of comparative analysis

 - Understand a business problem and the available data and identify what analytics and reporting techniques can be applied to answer a business question. Given a business problem, estimate solution feasibility and potential approaches based on available data.

 - Ability to work with cross-functional teams

 - Drive towards results; ability to work through obstacles to get things done

 - Great sense of ownership

 - Understanding and interest in Equity Market will be an added advantage
