- Having handled field research across length and breadth of country - Sampling- Large scale sampling covering Urban and Rural area - Sampling design for large scale sample content for Urban and Rural back to population - Has worked on large project end to end - Should be good at basic as well as advanced research skills - Sample survey - Designing of Questionnaire - Questionnaire analysis - Data Interpretation - Should be able to delegate work and get quality work done from the team in given timelines - Briefing interviewers and researchers, monitoring field quality and completion - Should be good at data weighting, validation and analysis approaches - Advising clients/senior management on how to best use research findings - Working closely with colleagues on research projects - Must have conducted various type of research such as concept tests, product tests, tracking studies, U&A studies, Pre and Post Advertising Effectiveness studies - Should have handled business generation, execution and delivery independently - Should have handled clients independently at various stages such as proposals, project management and presentation of findings - Budget management expertise is must
