- Should have core experience into HR Training and Implementation.
- Align training with organization's strategic goals.
- Implementation across 720+ districts of India includes Head Office.
- To manage 4 reportees across 4 zones & setting up department.
- Identification of Training needs through different gap analysis.
- Generating awareness & monitoring resources in performing their daily task as mentioned in respective Task Sheet which will enable employees- skills and an organization's overall quality of work.
- Prepare Training Calendar & ensure implementation.
- Deliver & Monitor training to employees using a variety of instructional techniques.
- Monitor Training effectiveness.
- Sharing of Feedback with resources & retraining bottom tile resources.
- Through training build an Ideal Organization Culture.
- To have a project ready workforce at all time.
- Monitor administrative tasks such as costs, scheduling of classes, coordinating enrollment.
- Train employees in achieving a leap in their career paths.
- Implement training KPIs.
