- Identify, analyse and implement breakthrough innovations in Infrastructure, Hardware and Network administration

- Understand Internal & External Customer requirement, assessing the markets conditions, evaluating competitive landscape, and positioning the product line to appeal to the end user.

- Scope and prioritize activities based on business requirement and customer impact.

- Define acceptance criteria and critical metrics that define success of a product solution and continue to monitor throughout the product's lifecycle.

- Define Information Security Policies, Standards, Processes and Risk Certification and ensure its regular audit and compliance.

- Define and implement Define Info Security vision & principle, InfoSec Policies, InfoSec Governance & Risk Management Policy, InfoSec Compliance Policy, Company Asset Management & Classification Policy, Access Management Policy, Encryption Policy, Operations Security & Incident Management.

- Perform network vulnerability assessments to identify vulnerabilities and articulating security issues to technical and non-technical audience.

- Benchmark and compare security practices with the industry. Demonstrate knowledge, Implementation, operations and maintenance of information security standards and frameworks like NIST Cyber Security Framework, ISO/IEC 27001, COBIT, ITIL, etc. as applicable.

- Ensure organisation is compliant with Information Security & Risk Certification - ISO 27001, ISO/IEC 27032 & ISO 31000

- Provide operational analysis of vulnerabilities and threats to information systems

- Identify, analyse and prioritize discovered security exposures and follow up with IT staff to remediate findings and confirm compliance to security standards

- Lead the Integrated Data Centre and its 100% uptime. This includes the development and design of database strategies, system monitoring and improving database performance and capacity and planning for future expansion requirements.

- Constantly analyse product performance post-launch and iterate on the same to keep improving the product experience.

- Build a training and communication plan with every product/feature launch.

- Design and implement short- and long-term strategic plans to ensure infrastructure capacity meets existing and future requirements.

- Participate in the development of IT strategies in collaboration with the leadership team.

- Conduct research and make recommendations on products, services, protocols, and standards in support of all infrastructure procurement and development efforts.

- Prepare documentation for infrastructure projects and associated efforts.

- Negotiate with vendors, to secure infrastructure-specific products and services.

- Assist with the planning and deployment of infrastructure security measures.

- Manage and set priorities for the design, maintenance, development, and evaluation of infrastructure systems: -

- Server AD/DHCP/DNS, file/print, database, web, messaging, infrastructure application, business applications, remote access, virtualized.

- Storage DAS, NAS, SAN Network LAN/WAN/WIFI, VPN Security firewall, WAF, antivirus, IPS/IDS Cloud services (infrastructure as a service, platform as a service & Software as a Service).

- Server virtualization (VMware platform, HyperV, Xen).

- Strong understanding of Application and product development and software development methodologies
