Job Description : - Checking and Authorization of Payments-ordination with Bank, Negotiating with Bank for charges, Opening and closure of accounts, maintaining minimum balances, Providing required documents, Meeting Bank Manager, Funds Management, Investment of excess Funds. - Look after all Registered Office, Distributors (PAN-India) system & process defined with clearly guidelines related to expenses in co-ordination with operation department. - Preparation of MIS Reports, Profit and Loss Statements projected cost center wise, Ageing Reports, Advances Status Sheet Interest Summary Charges Summary Statement Summary - To handle Internal, Statutory, & Tax Audit - To ensure that the Taxes are paid on time, All Returns Filled on time within the Due date. (TDS, GST, PT, PF, ESIC etc.) - To ensure that the Invoices are booked properly & payment are made in Time to Vendors. To ensure that the Debtors Ageing report is prepared in time & send to concern person and payment follow up to get payment from debtors. - Cost Analysis Project Wise simultaneously as project progress day to day - To ensure that costing is prepared with accuracy of Survey, Product etc. - To ensure that accurate MR and advertisement billing as per Order. - To check the customer and vendors agreements from taxes and payment point of view. - To ensure that payment made in time so that work doesn't stop due to lack of money with FR. - Efficiently managing entire account dept Team Desired Candidate Profile : - Minimum 10+ years of relevant experience preferred from similar industry - Experience working in Tally software - Expert in Costing, Taxation, Banking, Payable, Receivable, Audit, MIS report, & coordination with - Government department - Excellent interpersonal skills - Self-driven and proactive - Good Analytical skills - Proven experience in finance management. - Sound knowledge of accounting fundamentals
