Axis Bank - Senior Manager - TxB/Trade & Forex Products

- To identify opportunities for new products, study and analyse market information and propose suitable products for development of Trade & Forex and related business within the ambit of regulatory framework.

1.Evaluate client requirement / market offerings, develop new product and present the product to PMC / CMC for approval. Also, provide clarifications to queries raised by PMC / CMC as regards application, process, limitations, delivery etc.

2. Review of existing processes to improve TAT / adopt best practices.

3. Take feedback from customers and TxB RMs to ensure that customer needs are met through product solutions.

4. Digital Adoption - Ensure Enablement, Adoption & Usage for assigned products

5. Work closely with Technology teams for various IT related developments and coordinate with all stakeholders for conduct of UAT.

6. Coordinate with the Marketing team for promoting visibility of Trade & Forex products across all channels.

7. Provide support to the sales channel through sharing of product knowledge.

Professional relevant work experience required:

1. Knowledge in Trade finance products and services shall be an added advantage

2. Analytical skills

3. Technical knowledge of MS Office, Core Banking and related software (Finacle, Intellect etc)
