The candidate will partner with Cards customer management team to drive data driven decision making in order to meet business targets at prudent levels of credit risk 2. Will involve developing deep knowledge of portfolio interventions designed to effectively manage customer exposure and engagement 3. The candidate will be expected to lead initiatives end to end - including formulating the problem statement, generating insights to execution of the strategies developed 4. The candidate will also be involved in designing customer campaigns to drive usage, and minimize churn 5. The candidate will additionally lead and mentor a team of 2-3 junior analysts, and interact with other stake holders in the bank Skills / Experience 1. Has 3-5 years of experience in analytics in any industry 2. Proficient in SAS / SQL 3. Strong communication and presentation skills targeting a wide variety of audiences 4. Ideal candidate needs to be able to work with cross functional teams 5. Flexibility in approach and thought process 6. Proactive, requires minimal oversight, go-getter 7. Strong influencing, negotiation and facilitation skills
