- Development and enhancement of Early Warning Indicator statistical and quantitative models for various portfolios

- Generate Early Warning Indicators from borrower specific information, its linkages & the environment in which it operates.

- Conduct regular, rigorous public domain checks to gather market information

- Monitor frequent management changes

- Identify inter-connected entities and potential third-party relationships

- Identify anomolous patterns in transaction and financial data

- Social network analytics on the key stakeholders of borrowers

- Track industry trends - borrower and competitor analysis

- Identify potential delinquencies / credit frauds well in advance

- Increase predictive power of early warning models

- Create innovative variables that can predict risk

- Work towards using alternate data sources and embed the same in our early warning framework

- Should have strong analytical & problem solving skill with an attitude of "professional scepticism"

- Should have strong working knowledge of SAS, R, SQL and data mining tools

- Hands on experience in Advanced & Predictive analytics, Clustering techniques, NLP and related statistical procedures

- Should have good communication, presentation and inter-personal skills

- Should have high level of motivation and be a fast learner
