About Liability Sales:
Liability Sales Department is integral part of Retail Banking Department which brings primarily the new liability business for the Bank in the form of CA, SA & TD apart from other retail business of Cards, Assets and Third Party Investment Products. The department is largely responsible for bringing New-to-Bank customers to the vast network of 4500+ domestic branches spread across 26 states and 6 union territories. Program Team of TASC supports the sales team through various methods of monitoring, dashboards, campaigns
etc which facilitates sales.
About the Role:
1. Ownership of business targets - NOA, CASATD values, cross sell & fee income
2. Ownership of Budgeting exercise - Budget planning, preparation, approvals & distribution
3. Ownership of Incentive program for TASC RMs -
- a) Planning & preparing incentive structure for TASC RMs
- b) Coordinating with ABR & IT for implementation of incentive structure
- c) Validating the incentive output shared by IT
- d) Ensuring payment of incentives on quarterly intervals
- e) Proposing changes in incentive structure basis performance & payment trends
4. Ownership of KRA program for TASC Channel
a) Planning & preparing KRAs for TASC RMs
b) Coordinating with ABR for implementing KRA logics & publishing dashboards
C) Validating the KRA output shared by ABR
d) Proposing changes in KRA plan keeping in view vision of the Bank
5. Ownership of Dashboards/MIS
a) Planning various dashboards & MIS for field & management consumption
b) Ensuring correctness of the data
c) Targeting automation of the dashboards through ABR
d) Hosting mapped & unmapped data in Branch Analytics as per business requirement for TASC
Channel resources
6. Undertaking portfolio mapping exercise with help of BIU
7. Campaign management
a) Conceptualization of long term & short term campaigns as per Bank vision & requirements
b) Ensuring timely MIS/dashboards
c) Highlighting top performers & discussing campaign performance with stakeholders
8. Coordinating with product, portfolio, risk, compliance & other departments for driving & implementation of various program initiatives
a) To own and implement strategies which is necessary for the role
b) To get budgets achieved for 3 Regions attached
c) Coordination with various departments and stake holders
d) Ensure smoothening of sales and business
e) Ensuring ETB growth
Qualifications
- Optimal qualification for success on the job is:
- Graduate/ MBA (from Tier1 business school) is a must
- Prior work experience in TASC / Government Segment with a Private Bank is desired
