Job Description: The person would be a part of the Transaction Banking Analytics team primarily focusing on Cash management, Trade and Forex products:
The candidate is required to:
- Complete projects in area of transaction banking portfolio analysis, sales strategy, and digitization
- Develop insights into customer behavior and engagement
- Build up strategies to deepen customer engagement and product relationship (cross-sell offering)
- Generate leads and triggers for sales acquisitions
- Build predictive/optimization solutions for product portfolio
- Solve problems through application of analytical techniques (hypothesis driven, root cause approach)
Skill Sets required - Good problem solver, Ability to handle inexplicit / unclear problems and apply analytic approaches
- Strong working knowledge of analytics tools: SAS, SQL, Enterprise Miner or R
- Should have advanced knowledge of Excel
- Good understanding of banking products knowledge
- Should have good communication, presentation & interpersonal skills
- Should have high level of motivation and be a fast learner
Key Result Areas
- Driving the Corporate analytics agenda for one of the largest banks in India
- Influence decision making through analytics and Insights driven approach for the bank's corporate portfolio
- Drive acquisition, Cross Sales, portfolio dynamics through analytical deep-dives
Academic Qualification: Masters in Management/ Economics/ Quantitative-applied Mathematics/ Operations / Engineering graduates.
