About Intelligent Automation :
- The Intelligent Automation department aims to drive high impact projects delivering process automation across units
- The team looks at automating manual process using AI & RPA tools and bringing benefits which includes cost, TAT and risk reduction
About the Role :
- The role holder is responsible for driving end to end automation using RPA & AI tools
- The incumbent will need to drive AI/RPA projects as part of the Intelligent automation team across the organization
Key Responsibilities
- Lead analysis and develop solutions for automating processes using RPA/AI Tools
- He / She will need to understand and build business requirements, design solutions, work with partners, IT to develop solutions to ensure that the solutions meet all the requirements.
- Collaborating with business, operations, compliance, risk and other stakeholders for collection of requirements and have team build comprehensive BRDs.
- Design solutions along with IT and Solution Providers
- Track E2E Deliveries across all project stakeholders
- Define Testing Strategy, guide team in testing plan / scenario definition and oversee the testing execution
- Oversee resolution of any critical issues and escalate where necessary
- Drive the roadmap of RPA /AI Implementations
Qualifications
Optimal qualification for success on the job is:
- MBA, B -Tech, Full time Graduate (From top tier institute)
- 3-10 Years in Technology Implementations out of which at least 1-2 Years in Business process automation implementing RPA/AI in BFSI sector
- Should have worked on multiple AI/RPA implementations
- Knowledge of RPA/Cognitive concepts is a must. Knowledge of ML concepts will be a plus
Role Proficiencies:
For the successful execution of the job, a candidate should possess the following:
- Knowledge of banking domain
- Should have good analytical and communication skills
- Should be good in handling projects independently
- Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously
