Job Description for Financial Modelling (Manager, Business Analyst) :

1. Developing valuation models and customer profit scores.

2. Leveraging valuation frameworks like discounted cash flow, NPV, IRR & RaROC to come up with business specific insights

3. Driving pricing recommendations, and decisioning on product features & acquisition mix.

4. Creating profitability linked insights help drive analytical interventions to acquire/ retain/ up-sell/ cross-sell customers as per profitability matrix.

Ideal Candidate & Qualification:

- B.Tech/ BE or MBA- Finance or MS Economics

- Problem solver with 2-4 years of hands-on experience working with large datasets (SAS, SQL)

- Strong track record in solving analytical problems using quantitative and statistical approaches

- Ability to manipulate and analyze complex, high-volume, high-dimension data from varying sources

- Ability to apply an agile analytic approach leading to outcomes

- Experience in BFSI domain is a plus

- Prior experience in financial modelling is a plus
