Job Description -&nbsp; The individual will lead marketing for Freecharge and the primary role will be to design and implement the overall marketing plan to source new customers and to deepen the relationship with existing customers. Responsibilities : - Build the core marketing strategy to scale up the business in line with the organization's business strategy - Design and execute all branding and communication material to drive acquisition and usage - Manage the marketing budget, deliver cost savings &amp; efficiencies on the same and further reinvest into marketing initiatives Typical day in the life of this candidate will involve - - Interaction with the internal teams to understand business objectives, new product developments and devise go to market plans - Consumer Immersion to understand the barriers and triggers for the product to create a impactful communication - Interaction with the various partner agencies (creative, media, digital) for developing communication and execution of the campaigns - Tracking and monitoring effectiveness of campaigns including digital performance campaigns - Identification of new initiatives to enable achievement of identified goals Qualification and Experience - 10 years experience in marketing/ brand roles at consumer facing organizations - Experience in digital marketing - MBA / Post Graduate from Tier 1 Institutes Grade: AVP/ DVP Skill Requirement - Must Have - Consumer centric approach - Excellent interpersonal skills - ability to interact and influence multiple partners and internal/external stakeholders - Work in a fast paced, high energy work environment Good to Have - - Agency and client side experience - Understanding of financial/fintech products and associated consumer behavior
