1. Build targeted marketing programs for prospects and develop campaigns from strategy to execution to drive adoptions.  2. She/He will develop and drive the marketing database strategies and execution in relation to segmentation, data cleanliness and completeness.  3. Analyse current initiatives to measure effectiveness and potential for improvement.  4. Responsible for running direct to customer campaigns to targeted customers  5. Responsible to use analytics to achieve higher conversion rate in campaigns.  6. To engage with Product teams for creating specific products / schemes for RL customers.  7. Responsible for marketing activities to promote asset products.  8. Compile and present reports during weekly management meetings.  9. Maintain adaptability and implement changes quickly and efficiently.  10. Oversee the development and implementation of social media initiatives.  11. Optimizing conversions website traffic, landing pages, lead content generation, and calls-to-action.  Requirements :  - Strong analytical skills and supremely comfortable with data understanding  - Knowledge and experience in working with data modelling will be a definite advantage  - Digital Campaign management skills and experience in executing digital campaigns at scale  - Experience in digital journey building and analysing drop-offs and making improvements  - Forward thinking and a creative thinker  - Self-motivated with a strong desire to test and learn on a continuous basis
