Digital Product Analytics
JD :
Purpose of this role- This role is with Digital Analytics team where the Analyst will have the opportunity to identify trends & actionable insights through data analytics to solve business problems. End to end strategy, design/development and performance synthesis of all liability products for the bank.
Value you deliver :
- Applying data analytics to solve Business problems in the areas of enhancing Digital experience, Channel optimization, revenue generation, Funnel optimization / analytics, Customer analytics (retention, arrest attrition, propensity)
- Learning the Business & using the acquired knowledge to provide insights using Data modelling, Visualization, A/B tests and Data/text mining techniques
- Focusing on innovation, & operating independently in an environment strongly engaged in creating impact for the Business
- Communicating & presenting the analysis/ key findings to senior stakeholders in a clear & concise manner
- Develop algorithms meeting the agreed campaign objectives (revenue / profitability growth) to target appropriate Customers for providing personalized offers through various communication channels like WhatsApp, Email, SMS etc.
- Collaborate with Business teams to deliver 360 degree view of Customer through effective Customer Data Management across all channels like Branches, web, mobile & Social media
- Applying data to evaluate existing decisions framework & apply analytical techniques to discover meaningful patterns
The skills that are key for this role :
Technical / Behavioral :
- Structured thinking, a data driven approach, business savvy & a collaborative spirit to partner with stakeholders & understand critical Business questions.
- Good understanding in analytical techniques like Propensity models, decision tree, classification models, Cluster analysis, linear regression, logistic regression, etc
- Experience in Data analytics, having a flair for Quantitative analysis with software tools such as SAS/ SQL/Python/Hive db/R
- Experience working with modern tech stacks involving Cloud, Big Data solutions and Martech products (like Google Analytics / Adobe, and CDP solutions) is a plus.
- Proficiency in Tableau/Power BI/ SAS Viya Visualization tool would be an added advantage
The expertise we're looking for :
- Relevant work experience in Customer / Marketing Analytics, Funnel Analytics
- Graduates / Post graduates from reputed institutions with specialization in Quantitative discipline.
- Attention to detail & ability to work in high pressure environment
- Multiple openings at different levels (2 to 8 years of relevant experience)
