The said role is a part of the bank's Risk Team. Managerial, Technical or Professional Experience :&nbsp; - Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience with a IT background (IT Dept. or Involved in IT Audit/ IT Risk) - Experience in IT Governance/ IT Audit/ IT Operations desirable - Progressive achievement in one or more of the traditional and emerging IT disciplines (applications, operations, infrastructure, and governance) - Relevant technical skills such as technical audit of such as servers, network protocol analysis, routers audit, device risk assessment, infrastructure management, system architecture, process governance, network management, disaster recovery, license management, outsourced applications and processes etc. - Relevant business experience/qualifications/knowledge: technology risk must be managed in the context of various other risks, opportunities and challenges facing the organization. -&nbsp; Risk Identification, Assessment and Evaluation -&nbsp; Risk Controls -&nbsp; Risk monitoring -&nbsp; Risk walk through of internal and outsourced applications and processes -&nbsp; IT policies/ governance - DR coordination &nbsp;- Reviews and presentation &nbsp;- Management dashboards/ BU wise dashboards &nbsp;- Projects and initiatives related to handling of tech risk &nbsp;- Reviews of IT management policies and procedures such as governance, change management, business continuity planning/ disaster recovery etc. to ensure that controls surrounding these processes are adequate. Skills Requirements: - Comprehensive understanding of internal control environments within the IT function. - Experience with multiple technology domains including aspects Operating system and/or database administration, software development and networking - Conduct audits or lead audit teams in performance of IT audits and reviews of systems, applications and IT processes. - Adept in building risk frameworks across traditional and emerging risks within technology domain - Understanding of regulatory guidelines on Information Technology - Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audience. - Knowledge of internal auditing, internal controls, risk management, and finance and accounting practices and methods. - Excellent leadership and teamwork skills. Additional Desirable Qualifications: - Master's Degree - Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, IT Risk Management/Governance, Business Administration - Recognized accounting/auditing/information system certifications - Big Four Accounting Firm experience - Relevant IT certifications will be an advantage
