Job Description :
- The candidate will be part of the Data Science team and will primarily be responsible for leading the developing and implementation of all predictive models using latest machine learning algorithms.
The candidate is required to :
- Develop predictive models using latest machine learning / statistical methods
- Mentor juniors and lead the end-to-end development and implementation of all application scorecards
- Introduce newer methodology in model development & leverage it in current model builds
- Build relashionship with stakeholders and proactively communicate and manage partner expectations on all project deliverable
Key Result Areas :
1. Deliver robust statistical / machine learning models that use latest methods & algorithm while generating tangible business value

3. Ensure flawless delivery of projects on time
Key Relationships Team Leader :
Competencies Required :
- Strong analytical & problem-solving skill
- Strong statistical knowledge and worked intensively in model development space
- Prior Knowledge in Application scorecard build a plus
- Working knowledge of SAS, SQL is a must
- High level of motivation
- Good communication, presentation & communication skills
Academic Qualifications Required :
- Post graduation in Statistics or Economics or Quantitative Economics or Computer Science OR M.B.A. (Finance / Quantitative Methods)
Nature of Relevant Work Experience Required :
- Predictive model development
- Logistic/Linear Regression, Clustering, D-tree, Feature Selection, PCA
- SVM, Random Forest, Gradient Boost,
- Strong in SAS, SQK and/or R
No. of Years of Relevant Work Experience :
- Candidate is required to have 6-10 years of relevant work experience in statistical modeling.
- The candidate must have a can-do attitude and should have the ability to liaise with multiple stakeholders and get the execution done smoothly.
