Job Description/ Brief Background: 1) Vetting of credit proposals including analysis of financial, industry, business, management risks and highlighting credit risks in the said proposal 2) Monitoring and update on key trends, challenges in the sectors, economic developments as well as financial parameters of clients to detect potential risk triggers 3) Provide quality analysis compliant with RBI guidelines, legal and other internal compliances to lead to a sound decision making 4) Keep abreast of important developments in the relevant sectors and economy Key Result Areas/ job responsibilities :&nbsp; 1) Quality of credit inputs/views 2) To keep the potential slippages / delinquencies for the group to the minimal 3) Client visits/ management meetings 4) Quick turnaround time Key Relationships :&nbsp; External - Frequent interactions with the company to keep an update on the developments in the sector and its impact on company. Internal - Interaction across various departments viz. Coverage dept, Risk, Compliance, CBB, MIS team Competencies Required :&nbsp; 1) Good understanding of credit pertaining to sectors including Cement / Oil &amp; Gas / Petroleum &amp; Petrochemicals / Retailing sectors. In-depth knowledge of key drivers and indicators in these sectors 2) A solid understanding of financial statements, financial ratios, credit monitoring statements (FFR, DP, etc) 3) Understanding of compliance and regulatory norms 4) Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills 5) Proficiency in MS Excel, Word and Power Point
