Axis Bank - Collection & Underwriting: Front End Collections - Referral (North Zone)

About Collection and Underwriting:

The Collection and Underwriting department focuses on the collection of the bank's various loan products like Home Loans, Car Loans, and Personal Loans among others. While Underwriting department focuses on risk mitigation towards the loan offered to the customers. The department is key for the Loans business vertical as it is responsible for controlling and ensuring timely EMI collection and maintaining risk of the business.

Key Responsibilities :

- Would be responsible for entire North Zone (for all states) for Secured & Unsecured products.

Project Adoption : End to end complete adoption of various Projects/Softwares/Team Management/Field- Agency-Vendor Management/ Billing/ Audit & Compliance Management.

 Cost : Ensuring COST of Collection and managing Provisions that are under control as per Business Requirement.

- Monitoring and maintenance of Various Software: Seamless functioning of Handheld Device, Allocation Software,Adeptra,Tallyman Phase 2, and all integrated applications - Finnone/Finacle/CTL/Saksham.

Qualifications :

Optimal qualification for success on the job is:

- Graduation/ Post-Graduation from a recognized institute

- Min 7+ years of relevant experience in NBFC/Banking industry

- Should have experience of field collection and strategy

Role Proficiency :

For successful execution of the job, the candidate should possess the following:

- Knowledge and understanding of collections & market dynamics

- Knowledge of regulatory guidelines and norms

- Should possess operational and system knowledge

- Good communication (both verbal and written) skill in both English and the local language

- Ability to manage complex client situations

- Ability to manage risk and uncertainty for self and team within a dynamic priority-setting environment

- Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
