Brand Manager - Retail Liabilities,Ancillary Products,Salary Channel and NPD Job Description: The incumbent will be responsible for marketing of Liabilities products which are targeted at the mass and mass affluent segment. Key Result Areas :&nbsp; The role includes :&nbsp; - S/he will be responsible for developing the product positioning and messaging that differentiates these products in the market - S/he will be responsible for implementing 360 consumer engagement programs to deepen/ cross sell/ up sell or acquire new to bank customers. - S/he will be responsible for the design and execution of all branding and communication material including sales aids and other selling tools. - S/he will be responsible for mining consumer insights and generating new marketing ideas to help tap into these segments. - Planning Communication &amp; Media Strategy basis business objective for all GTM plans for new product/services launches &amp; Revamps .&nbsp;&nbsp; - Support portfolio initiatives to drive up brand loyalty through balance build up and deepening. - Ensure the right brand tonality and message is communicated at all customer touch points Key Relationships : Business Teams, Campaign Management Team, Advertising Agencies, Direct Marketing Agencies, Activation agencies Competencies Required : S/he should have good communication skills both written and oral, a pleasant personality and good functional knowledge of Marketing. S/he should have the ability to think laterally and from a consumer perspective. The incumbent is required to be a team leader energetic, result-oriented, team player with a strong work ethic. Nature of Relevant Work Experience&nbsp;: Required Incumbent must have experience in working on 360 degree marketing campaigns. A mix of both ATL and BTL marketing, including digital marketing would be an advantage.
