Axis Bank - AVP - Personalization Analytics Team CoE

Hiring AVP for our personalization analytics team which will focus on creating customer centric capabilities - analytical toolkits to understand the customer better and help provide a personalized consumer experience & relevant offering. Leverage toolkits like micro segments, lifestyle attributes & banking behavior to provide insights and then using the insights - create personalized nudges to engage with customers meaningfully. Constantly analyze and obsess over engagement data, deriving clever insights on specific behaviors and trends, and using them to strengthen our recommendation system.

If you have a knack to build analytical products to enhance customer engagement, come, join us! This position partners closely with internal teams to define and launch nudges across all available channels driving acquisition, conversion, engagement etc. Build/enhance the analytical toolkits to pick the best offer, channel, type of messaging etc for a customer that will ultimately help increase the response rate of the nudges .

Ideal Candidate & Qualifications -

- B.S. or M.S. in a relevant technical field (Operations Research, Computer Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or Mathematics)

- Problem solver with 4-10 years of experience working with large data sets, distributed computing tools are a plus (SQL, PySpark, Scala)

- Experience in Martech - Salesforce, Adobe or Unica is a plus

- Strong track record in solving analytical problems using quantitative and statistical approaches - random forest, multi armed bandit testing etc

- Ability to manipulate and analyze complex, high- volume, high- dimension data from varying sources (both structured and non- structured data) and create high impact data assets

- Ability to apply an agile analytic approach leading to outcomes
