AVP: Small Business & Rural Lending Analytics

Location - Mumbai

Requirements:

Work Experience - 7-10 years post MBA/ B.Tech/Quantitative background (Tier 1 institute)

Preferable industry of the candidate - BFSI/ Consulting/ Telecom/ E-commerce / Pure play Analytics

- The candidate should be proficient in SAS/ SQL/ Python and should have experience in any other statistical or programming language like R, Java or Scala etc

- Experience Designing, developing and implementing credit risk acquisition strategies

- Experience maintaining, monitoring and optimising Acquisition strategies

- Exposure to digital marketing/ analytics tools like Google Analytics, Adobe Omniture, IBM Vizury etc will be added advantage

- Exposure to Big data tools and tech stack will be a plus

Role Description:

- Lead a team of analyst to grow the small business and rural lending portfolios, whilst also minimising losses

- Leadership role to all front end initiatives including underwriting policies, acquisition strategies, customer management strategies, geography strategies, pricing strategies etc.

- Strategic lead on new customer marketing strategies, including optimisation of marketing selection credit criterion, eligibility checking, pre-approval across all new customer marketing channels

- Work cross functionally with different teams and stakeholders to achieve business goals

- Leverage analytics to drive insights for customer acquisition and customer management strategies

- Recommend and implement methods of tracking & measuring effectiveness of acquisition channel and campaigns

- Pro-actively working with Product/Marketing/ Tech team to drive business strategies

- Create information assets for consumption of broader business intelligence team

- Should have advance knowledge of excel
