The individual will be a part of the Marketing function and the primary role will be implementation of various marketing initiatives for Loans Business (Consumer Lending). The incumbent will be responsible for the following: - Develop the go-to-market plan for the launch of new and existing Loan products ( e.g. Home Loan, Personal Loans, Gold Loan, Loan against security, Loan against Property, Education loans etc) & the plan for year-round promotion of the same - Branding & designing the communication for feature-led campaigns on Loans portfolio - Conceptualize and design the collateral, welcome kits etc. in line with the overall brand guidelines - Design customer communication across media for relevant target audience basis customer insights - Identify clear metrics for evaluating spends on marketing - Maintain brand integrity across product lines across all mediums for internal and external communication. This role involves coordination with the Product teams, partner agencies and the internal Marketing team to deliver on the overall marketing objectives set. Grade - Deputy Manager Education - MBA/Post Graduation in Marketing is mandatory
