Axis Bank - Application Delivery Manager - Data Systems & Insights

- Lead a team of people focused on multiple retail banking product verticals.

- Experience in handling multiple projects from end to end delivery perspective.

- Manage assigned data infra function that supports various data needs of business analytics teams and product heads. Role includes people management of 5-7 associates (in house and outsourced staff)

- Good knowledge of project management / delivery management fundamentals.

- Interact with other members of the BIU as well as with internal customers across the bank to understand their data needs and proactively support those data needs

- 6+ years of the technology for analytics, business intelligence, information management, data warehousing or data marts.

- Bachelor's degree in technology/engineering/related areas.

- Well-versed in analytic tools and technologies like SAS (or related software), SQL, rule engines, informatica ETL etc.

- Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts, how to structure robust data marts for querying/analysis purposes

- Track record of increasing responsibility and success in managing data/technology teams

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills - ability to effectively engage with multiple product teams/stakeholders and support their key business objectives
