JOB SUMMARY:

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager for our product management team with a focus on our enterprise offering at Axestrack. With many First-in-Industry features, Axestrack Transport OS helps customers in gaining more transparency and control over their organization, thus driving efficiency. As a Sr. Product Manager at Axestrack, you will play an integral role in driving the lifecycle of our Transport OS, managing features which are used by India's leading Corporates (Top 20). This is a unique opportunity to partner with a fast-growing engineering team to deliver a cloud-native, IoT driven, Transport OS solution to offer customer convenience and delight.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Define and document detailed requirements detailing market opportunities and associated product strategy in collaboration with architects, engineers, and other internal and external stakeholders.

- Participate and understand the business requirements from different stakeholders (including lead users) and transforming those in designs(wireframes) which can be readily used by the development teams

- Drive product execution across a set of engineering, UI and Product teams.

- Collaborate with Product Marketing on AxesTrack Transport OS collaterals and sales tools such as articles, datasheets, white papers, blogs, how-to videos, demos, etc.

- Develop a deep understanding of the TMS competitive market landscape and product analysis.

- Own the roadmap of active and future projects and maintain the backlog of features and priorities.

- Be outcome and KPI driven to achieve growth of your products and take the right actions accordingly.

- Work with the engineering and product team to ensure proper investment and execution in support of your strategy.

- Communicate regularly with senior leadership on status, risks, and change control.

REQUIREMENTS:

- Have 5+ years of relevant experience in a technical role, with at least 2 years of those in a product management role in building expansive SaaS products.

- Have experience defining a roadmap and managing incremental execution through successful launches.

- Detail-oriented and able to understand the bigger picture by using your technical expertise and problem-solving abilities to prioritize and manage blocking issues.

- Thrive in the dynamic environment that comes with being part of a fast-moving organization. That means flexibility as well as dealing with ambiguity.

- Strong communication skills, analytical skills, and data-driven product decision-making mind-set.

- Experience with product management planning and design tools like JIRA etc.
