The person we are seeking will be responsible for the sales and business development of our location based analytics or supply chain analytics solutions across South region, operating from Bangalore and manage a team of junior level Sales Executives in future, as well as consulting our customers in various solutions terms. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who enjoys challenges and is committed to continue to building a career in sales and has an entrepreneurial mind set.

THIS IS A REMOTE LOCATION OPPORTUNITY WHERE IN THE SELECTED CANDIDATE WILL BE RESPONSIBLE TO SET UP NEW OPERATIONS AND SALES SET UP IN BANGALORE, CLOSELY WORKING WITH THE DIRECTORS.

SALARY NO BAR FOR THE RIGHT CANDIDATE . DESIGNATION WILL VARY AS PER EXPERIENCE AND COMPETENCIES.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Manage an build corporate relationships across industries in Bangalore and neighboring region.

- Should be competent to set up business in Bangalore and recruit new team.

- Close new business and build a territory by qualifying opportunities and securing demonstrations/meetings with key decision makers of the prospective company/client.

- Consult with prospects to determine the best solutions for their specific needs and close the sale

- Achieve all individual sales targets set by the company

- Attend sales meetings, seminars or exhibitions activities in India to stay up-to-date on the latest trends

- Keep current with all product information, pricing and contract terms.

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE

- 6 + years of corporate sales experience in any industry, preferably in location based analytics or supply chain analytics, Logistics, FMCG, IT Software sales, Transport etc.

- Should be able to recruit and manage new team locally.

- Should be able to head sales operations in Bangalore.

- People with entrepreneur background will be preferred.

- A proven sales record and experience selling to the corporate market .

- Demonstrated experience developing new business relationships at all levels of different organizations.

- Experience with bulk sales, contract sales or renewal sales while exceeding sales quotas

EDUCATION QUALIFICATION

- Strong technical aptitude and a Bachelor's degree in Engineering with an MBA from Premier B-School will be preferred.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS:

- Should have entrepreneur knack in business.

- Ability to converse in a knowledgeable manner on various industry topics and Internet technologies in order to sell location based analytics and supply chain analytics opportunities to prospective customers

- Ability to close sales with the most appropriate sales process

- Smart personality with Excellent communication skills and should be aggressive in nature.

- Must have the skills to develop relationships quickly, with prospect/customers at all levels

- Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, quota-driven ever-changing fast growing start-up environment
