Chief of Staff

About Role :

- The role would be to directly work with business leaders and team to ensure programs from the CEO's office remain on track.

- This role needs someone who is passionate about growth, process, product and has proven experience in cross-functional stakeholder alignment, project management and driving strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities :

- Direct business planning efforts across all lines of business and functional areas.

- Drive strategic initiatives for the organization in line with the gaps identified through strong MIS & governance.

- Collaborate with functional leaders and teams to implement and institutionalize change.

- Work on the organizational strategic leavers along with the CEO for improvement & tracking.

- Build effectiveness and efficiency within the organization.

- Playing an influencer role with various stakeholders to get the correct status of the projects and work out possible solutions.

- Providing all necessary support for seamless execution of projects in their scale up journey.

- Engage with multiple teams within Tech, marketing, sales and operations to drive a host of initiatives ranging from feature improvements, channel planning, and revenue management.

- Build AOP and long-range plans for the organization along with key initiatives and enablers which will help with delivery as per plan

Eligibility to fit the bill :

- You must be an MBA from a Top Tier B school with 4+ years of significant experience in pan-India strategy and handling successful key projects with a volume.

- Preferably someone who has been in a consulting role with TOP management consulting organizations followed by experience of working in a tech start up.

- You should have been a part of the CEOs office and have experience in business strategy and project management.

- Excellent in critical thinking skills, data analytics, modelling, and operational analytics funnels.

- Ability to influence and lead a cross-functional team from idea to launch

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Comfort in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, start-up environment
