- Responsible for independently administering payroll for On-roll employees (400 Employees.)
- Provide timely correct input and ensure payroll vendor process payroll with Zero error in time.
- Timely processing of reimbursements -LTA, Fuel, Driver etc. related to payroll activity.
- Coordinate with Finance for timely payment of - Tax, PF, ESI, Gratuity and other Statutory payments.
- Coordinate with Finance for account reconciliation, Audits and Actuarial evaluations (Leave and Gratuity.)
- Statutory compliance - Monthly and Annual returns like Monthly Tax return, Annual Form 16, Quaterly Tax return, Monthly PF & ESI returns, Maintains statutory records as per Shops & Establishment act for Gurgaon office, Employee Compensation Act, Payment of Bonus act, EPF Act, Minimum wage, Employment Exchange act, LWF return.
- Prepare MIS - Productivity reports, Headcount report, Employee Master, Employee records & Files, Organizational Chart and HR Dashboard.
- Issue timely appointment letters, joining kit & complete Joining formalities, FnF of exit employees.
- Exposure of SAP for maintaining employee database will be added advantage. ( SAP to be rolled out soon for Employee database management.)
- Handing Employee grievances related to payroll.
- Managing employee benefits - GMC, GPA, Employee Compensation act.
- Support HR Head in Employee orientation & induction, Talent Acquisition, Annual compensation budgeting, Employee Appraisals, Employee Engagement, Off-site & events.
Salary - Up to 10 Lakhs per annum but not a constraint for right candidate. The role is an individual contributor role with dotted reporting to HR Business Partner and a direct line to HR Head. The person should maintain a high standard of ethics. The person should be high on ownership of work and take responsibility to execute work in planned time.
