- Core SAP professional with thorough Knowledge of SAP Project implementations (at least 3-4 implementations where the candidate was actively in a hands-on role) - Experience to understand/ define Data Management Processes (Data Profiling & Cleansing, DQ, Governance Process, relationships & dependencies with IT teams etc.) and enhance ways of working based on prior experience - Thorough hands-on experience on SAP toolsets in Data space - including Data extraction programs from SAP, ETL processes, Load programs, LSMW, data cleansing etc. - Thorough hands-on experience on SAP Data Quality and Migration activities utilizing SAP Data Services (BODS) Platform. Understanding of technical challenges & workarounds in implementations - Thorough knowledge of Data Profiling, Data Quality, Data Cleansing, Workflows - architecture, possible toolsets, with hands-on experience - Knowledge about additional ERP platforms, IT tools and technologies is desirable - Good Project Management and team-leading experience Other Skills & Experience: - Professional experience of ~ 8-12 years (at least) - Good communication skills, stakeholder alignment, an experience of interaction with end clients/ international colleagues across geographies - Strong ownership focus, drive to excel - Ability to resolve conflicts, share, collaborate, build a core-team - Graduates from top Engineering schools preferred
