Job Description: Manager Process Brief:&nbsp; Building and managing a high performance team in Copernic for record to report Domain that can work directly with global partners in delivering scalable solutions in line with centrally defined processes, be the first point of contact for business for all operations and management decisions. Engage with leadership and set up strategies and priorities for BAU service delivery and other management requirements. Promote and support AXA BS vision, mission values and standards of ethics and integrity. Key Accountabilities: - Responsible for Team management at FSSC with extended team - Responsible for management of closing process &amp; compliance, reporting of Business matrices, maintenance of up to date process documentation, Stakeholder management. - Managing RTR domain which includes Record to close, Reporting, Consolidation, Solvency II P3 reporting &amp; Reconciliation processes. - Ensuring Best practices are shared and implemented across the entities - Ensure all KPI parameters are met as per agreement with entities. KRI, RCA reported to partners and discussed internally with entities for reporting. - Ensure all monthly/quarterly Governance calls monthly are taking place as per agreement with partners - Partnering with stakeholders to understand business and operational requirements, driving efficiency via operation and Opex driven projects. - Responsible for driving operational efficiency projects to meet/exceed AXA BS strategy &amp; local team targets - Manage all internal ABS stakeholders for internal reporting of SU, KPIs, KRI's ORM, Audits (ISO, ISMS, and GIA) and external audits requirements. - Reporting BCA, Forecasting, STRAT planning and Strategy to MI team - Partnering with HRBP for backfilling of open positions and new migration addition to Head counts to the team - Lead Robotics Project at FSSC for COPERNIC entities - Drive Consultancy projects for COPERNIC Entities- Process re-engineering, Tools Creation, Automation, Change Mindset projects - Led incremental migrations of RTR activities for COPERNIC - Extend scope in AXA Partners for RTR area - Target niche roles e.g. SAS consulting, Audit trail roles in COPERNIC entities. - Replication of Reconciliation tool across all COPERNIC entities - Manage Internal reporting for all entities in scope. - Manage increased efficiency and revenue targets. - Identify the areas of process improvements and automations and implement or help teams in developing and implementing the automations and improvements Specific Knowledge: - COPERNIC Tools and applications - CA Qualified Position Summary :&nbsp; - Team management, Partner management, Internal FSSC management Specific Position Related Experience - 8-10 years of Accounting experience mandatory - Strong written and oral communication skills, Planning and problem solving skills. - Good Analytical Skills. - Project Management - Consultancy Projects - Innovation - Open to work in shifts - Proficient in MS suite of applications including advance excel &amp; PowerPoint Key Skills/Competencies:&nbsp; - Building Capability - Change Leadership. - Focus on Customer. - Living through AXA Values. - Result Orientation. - Share to Succeed. - Strategic Vision Shift Time - V 13:30 - V 22:00 Hrs (Flexible to work in Shifts)
