Manager - Operations ( German Linguist )
Responsibilities include :
1) Leading 40- 60 Linguistic resources with support of 2-3 Assistant Managers
2) Operations Management, Service delivery, SLA management, Driving efficiencies, process improvements, etc
3) Customer Relationship Management, building and fostering strong working relationships with internal external customers
4) Change Management. Seamlessly driving change in the teams and influencing peers positively
5) People Management. Development, Retention, Engagement
6) Transition Management. Leading new migrations with/without project managers
7) Forging strong relations internally to lead transversal projects
8) Pro-active Planning, anticipates and plans for the future
9) Reporting Business Metrics. Ensure performance and reporting on metrics of timeliness accuracy and confidentiality
10) Effective closure of all projects with proper sign off and Service Level Agreements
11) Fluent in German Language
