Position summary
A Senior Program Lead managing complex and long gestation strategically oriented Global Transformation programs, arising out of Group's and AXA BS Vision, aimed to deliver significant value to the Group, Entities and AXA BS
Multiple stakeholder management for Global / Group Strategic Programs cutting worldwide (across all AXA entities 20 ~ 50 across Asia, Europe and US) and AXA BS (across all CoEs and support functions)
High visibility profile due to interactions with multiple stakeholders, mainly, Senior Management (COO, Heads of and Mid Level) across entities and several Group Professional Families (GRM, GIA, Group OPEX, Group HR) as also Senior Management in AXA BS
Compelling communications and influencing advocating strategic requirements, listen and understand concerns, influence and negotiate, thereby receiving benefits in exchange for their commitment
Key accountabilities
Defining, communicating and contributing to business strategy within the specific perimeter assigned, which is aligned to Group and entities strategies - Build short and long term vision
Hire, coach and build appropriate competencies in Managers / supervisors and teams to ensure best and sustainable delivery to multiple partners - Group and entities
Lead and manage complex, long gestation, strategic, diverse topics, global programs, arising out of Group's Vision, aimed to deliver significant value to the Group and entities (e.g., Solvency II, Customer Experience and others)
Lead and manage complex and long gestation strategically oriented programs, arising out of AXA BS Vision, aimed to deliver significant value to the Group and entities (e.g., Value Creation Program)
Sustain and further building the niche new business area (Procurement Middle Office) to support Group and entities with an aim to directly impact their savings (and impact directly the Global Efficiency Program) and bring about procurement compliancy from a regulatory standpoint - Focus on multiple entities (10+) requirement as well in the planning and execution
Build a transversal connect across AXA BS CoEs (including Transversal functions) leading company wide strategic programs (VC Program)- Lead, manage and oversee the coordination and administration of all aspects of multiple strategic programs including planning, organizing, staffing, leading, and controlling program activities
Specific position related experience
Experience of about 6-8 years in managing Global and Company led Programs spanning across diverse fields
Worldwide stakeholder management across Asia, Europe and US (at least 10+ countries)
At least 8-10 years of experience in Procurement Middle office, in particular, demand management, sourcing, SRM and vendor management - strong understanding of the procurement domain
Strong leader of people and ability to lead large teams
Specific knowledge required
Domain knowledge on Insurance (at least 10+ years) (Desired) else BFSI / IT/ITeS / SS
Domain knowledge of Procurement (at least 10+years)
