- This role will closely work with the senior management within the COE's to develop and implement predominantly short to medium term solutions, well aligned to business strategy. The position would also require handling complex or day to day sensitive issues on people management front too.
- This position will act as a single point of contact within the business unit / COE's for all matters related to HR domain
- Communication of Company policies.
- Employee Satisfaction Survey: Communication, Action Planning, Monitoring Progress, Sharing Best practices,etc.
- Pulse Meetings
- Handling employee grievances and issues effectively
- Team Building initiatives.
- Deft handling of Performance and Disciplinary Issues
- HR Scorecard and Dashboards for Governance meetings
- Process specific Initiatives
