- Must have exposure in Compensation & Benefits benchmarking, and have at least processed 3 cycles of benchmarking

- Must be well versed with market analysis and ad-hoc and customized compensation surveys

- Must have thorough process and execution knowledge on Job Mapping, creation of salary bands and salary ranges

- Must have exposure on basic compliance norms w.r.t C&B

- Must have strong experience in creation of new policies and revamp of associated processes

- Must have at least 3 cycles exposure in budget planning, promotion, salary increase and other compensation related changes

- Must have strong knowledge in working and execution of the various short term and long term incentive plan and must have ran at least 3 incentive cycles

- Must have strong knowledge and good exposure in employee monetary and non-monetary benefits such as insurance, car lease, health check-up etc . Must be well versed in doing benefits analysis & working on new and redefining old benefit policies

- Lead and guide the team member in benefits administration form execution perspective right from vendor management to finalization of the benefits post management approval

- Must handle end to end employee queries along with team w.r.t C&B

- Should lead some projects and also work as a team member in the different project teams

- Must have good exposure in dealing with internal and external audits and risk compliance from C&B perspective
