Job Description :

- This position will be the Technical Lead for the Enterprise Data Program but will also be a People Manager.

- The employee will have the responsibility of leading the off-shore development team and should have a strong background in AWS

Our client is a leading pharmaceutical company with offices in 18 countries. Its products are sold in approximately 125 countries.

Description :

- Lead in setting up best-practice architecture recommendations and knowledge sharing for the enterprise data program team

- Deep understanding of AWS services, UI development needs, ability to evaluate requirements of the businesses and make architectural recommendations for implementation and deployments

- Partnering with US-based Solution Architect, in the leading of application architecture designs, peer-review code, and champion continuous improvements for the Enterprise Data Program (both data backbone and marketplace)

- Coach and develop team members through performance management, development planning, promotions, and career plans

Profile :

- Minimum 5 years of management of a team or teams, should be able to lead a team of around 8 to 12 people

- Minimum 12 years of total experience

- Strong understanding of AWS well-architected framework with relevant experience designing and implementing solutions in accordance to the framework.

- Strong application development background with relevant experience in developing and deploying enterprise-scale application in AWS.

- Experience with deploying automation infrastructure by utilizing AWS Cloud Formation techniques.

- Experience in DevOps and UI development

- Experience with Agile Development

- Experience with Apache Airflow and Ansible

- Experience migrating workloads from on-premises to AWS

- AWS Certified Solutions Architect
