Solution Consultant/ Pre-Sales Consultant


About the job:


The selected candidate contributes to the business by being responsible for the technical aspects of the sales cycle, transmitting knowledge and information about the company's products and solutions to its partners, consultants & end users. He will act as a trusted advisor for the end-user accounts.

Responsibilities:

- Engage with prospects and demonstrate our offerings via online/offline meetings

- Be in sync with sales team to discuss technical challenges and seek advice

- Review RFPs, tender documents, customer requirements and support the sales team with technical lead qualification

- Develop high-quality and impactful demonstrations, proof of concept pitches, solution documents, presentations, and other pre-sales assets

- Prepare technical responses with compliance, hardware sizing, architecture for RFPs/RFQs

- Maintain knowledge of industry trends - research competition and updates on global market trends

- Lead/ participate in finalization of scope with clients for signoff

- Engage and drive end-to-end pre-sales activities for business development for the company

- Possess experience and knowledge of critical phases of the sales process which includes requirement gathering, sales planning, solution scoping, proposal writing, SOW execution and presentation

- Write professional-grade documentation to effectively guide customers through the onboarding process and maintain project documentation to trace all the activities completed during the project

- Understand Awiros' offerings and lead solution design workshops with the customers and partners

- To create specific solutions sets, leverage our products that aligns with specific challenges within the Video AI industry today

- To work with implementation teams to realize the solutions and interface with product teams for custom solutions

- Work closely with cross-functional teams on addressing project deliverables and ironing out risk areas

Qualification and Skills Required:

- B. Tech degree or MBA

- Experience of 5+ years of pre-sales in leading companies in IT/Consulting/Solution Sales for enterprise B2B segment and bid management experience across Video Analytics, Video Management, CCTV, Surveillance, Automation Industry

- Proficient written and verbal communication skills and ability to present and convince key technical and business decision makers on expected benefits and pricing models

- Experience of giving customer presentations / demonstrations and process oriented

- Ability to build strong relationships to serve as a trusted advisor who can guide customers on best practices and platform optimizations

- Outstanding project and time management skills - skilled at keeping tasks on track while managing risk and ensuring effective cross-team communication

- Experience to map technology solutions to a customer business while optimizing people and processes

- Experience in networking, data center sizing, and IT infrastructure sizing such as computer storage, virtualization, database, operating systems etc.
