Strategy Analyst To Director - Revenue & Sales

ABOUT THE COMPANY:

- Awign is a heavily funded start-up with 100+ employees founded by 3 IIT Alumni. We use a unique tech platform to do project execution for clients like Swiggy, Zomato, OYO rooms, policy bazar etc using on-demand workforce. We are the first company in India to develop a Uber model for work.

- We are creating India's largest network of the on-demand workforce. Our platform helps enterprises execute high skill functions of operations and business development at a large scale simultaneously in multiple geographies PAN India. At the same time, we provide opportunities to learn and earn to the underemployed population in a way that they get the freedom to define their own boundaries around what they want to do and when they want to do.

- We are currently operational in more than 200 cities in India and have touched over 200,000 careers in a short span of 18 months. We are funded by VCs based out of India & the US.

- We are looking for a result driven and aggressive individual for working closely with the Director- Revenue.

Responsibilities will include:

1. Running deep analysis on data of various verticals and all facets of business

2. Setting up predictive revenue management and tracking infrastructure and constantly improving the same.

3. Helping the director rolls out revenue targets to the Farming (Existing Business) and Hunting Teams (New Business)

4. Tracking complete sales pipeline & funnel and flag all variances from the sales targets.

5. Working closely with the director and the heads of Operation and Marketing teams to finalize commercials.

6. Taking care of the real time revenue tracking and presenting variance analysis to the management.

7. Doing health checks on current projects, developing insights on process inefficiencies and devising scalable methods of solving the same.

8. Helping the director to set up new revenue streams with market research and driving pilot projects through the Delivery Teams

9. Helping the director to position existing products and solutions to new industries and sectors

10. Helping the director in engaging with key clients and the senior leadership of the company.

11. Preparing SOW for projects and documentation of same based on multiple levels of discussions

12. Managing all meeting schedules of Director and keep a note of all the discussions he is involved.

Skills and Experience:

1. The overall experience of 1-4 years with experience. Experience of working with a startup is a plus.

2. Experience in Sales/Key Account Management is a plus.

3. Result driven, analytical bent of time is essential.

4. Ability to put a structure to chaos is essential.

5. Great IQ, logic, common sense and unending drive to get results are what we are looking for.
