Prior experience in Operations, FOS Hiring, Process mapping, Manpower planning, and workforce management across the Outsourcing and Recruitment Industry is preferred. Primary Responsibilities: - Plan and Estimate the workforce requirement for each project - Coordinate with operation teams to identify workforce selection criteria and skill set required. - Develop and execute the strategy to source workforce through various platforms : Budget Allocation, Tracking of CAC, and Through-put in all the platforms - Handle general operations which include daily execution, driving volume, tracking progress, highlighting flags and daily reporting. - Accountable for the cost of operations, driving efficiency and productivity to drive lean operations. - Execute complex operations and solve problems persistently and at a lightning speed. - Set goals/KPI/target for the entire (25+) team members. - Responsible for client experience, handling all client escalations and solving them systematically. - Create the resource allocation Dashboard to track the performance. Desired Skills: - 4+ Years of experience in Operations, Process mapping, Manpower planning, and workforce management across the Outsourcing and Recruitment Industry - You should be a Leader with an objective approach towards goal setting and monitoring. - Experience in working with early-stage start-ups and bringing in structured growth to the organization. - Excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills with demonstrated abilities in client relationship management - Proven ability in driving tightly controlled operational metrics - Strong process orientation & business acumen - You should have good people management, team building and program management skills. - Strongly inclined to do high quality and impactful work in a dynamic and unstructured environment. - Higher than normal sense of ownership with a clear bias for action. - Relevant educational qualifications.
