Location: Remote Duration: 6 months Timings: 9:30 AM - 7:30 PM Notice Period: Immediate Joiner (Preferably) Job Purpose: The Business Development role for Partnerships is responsible for ensuring growth and enrichment of existing partnerships as well as acquiring new partnerships in order to meet the strategic goals of Digital MSME lending as a business. Existing relationships need to be managed end-to-end to ensure the achievement of business targets from the perspectives of acquisition volume, revenue, cost and asset quality. Continuous engagement with Partners to understand and facilitate not just resolution of any customer, technology, and operational issues; but also identification of new ideas that could drive further scale and momentum for the business. Identification of optimization opportunities in the acquisition & processing funnels. Job Context: - Work with partners to launch industry-first propositions for digital lending in a scalable manner. - Identify and work through strengths of client and partner organizations to deliver world-class products, customer service and support, and effectively deepen partner relationships. - Work closely with and influence all stakeholders in the organization to rally behind the cause of delivering innovation across partnerships - Develop a keen sense of the changing environment, rapidly rising competition and ensure that we always have a clear differentiation for the partner and its customers Key Result Area: 1. Manage and grow alliance partner relationships to meet Digital Lending business goals - Set goals & conduct reviews to ensure partnership objectives are met - Review the health of the portfolio on a continuous basis. - Ensure quality acquisition - Have a business sense of identifying early warnings and take suitable action in a timely manner - Ensure deepening of relationships through superior service delivery, use of data and technology, focusing on building the right infrastructure, and nurturing talent - Ensure that client becomes a significant player in this space and captures a large market share - Ensure that the partnership is profitable by focusing on efficiency, cost of acquisition and quality of customers 2.
