We are looking for a result driven individual with strong interpersonal and communication skills for working closely with HR Manager. Roles and Responsibilities: 1) Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes. 2) Conduct employee onboarding and help to complete orientation program. 3) Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise. 4) Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace. 5) Assist in drafting and implementation of human resource policies. 6) Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics, like time to hire and employee turnover rates. 7) Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form. 8) Help in ensuring compliance with labor regulations. 9) Coordinate with concerned Stakeholders for arranging basic things for the New Joinee: Seating, Laptop, Email id, etc. 10) Drive employee engagement activities by collaborating with FunCo Team in Awign. 11) Escalate Incidents / Cases of Indiscipline, Prepare &amp; Issue all relevant HR letters/ documents. 12) Track employees on Probation &amp; due for Confirmation, Issue Confirmation Letters. Skills and Experience : 1) Overall experience - Experience required 1-2 Years. 2) Good knowledge of MS Office; HRIS systems (e.g. PeopleSoft) will be a plus. 4) Excellent communication and people skills. 5) Strong problem-solving skill. 6) Desire to work as a team with a results driven approach. 7) Relevant Education qualification.
