Develop, implement, and own B2B overall Digital marketing strategy that serves the entire client journey across different personas, industries, and geographies, with a goal to increase brand awareness and drive revenue through client acquisition at scale. 2. Oversee and drive a thriving omni-channel demand generation marketing strategy- including all aspects of digital marketing, website and social media. 3. Work closely with the sales team to assist them in meeting or exceeding their sales goals by providing them with creative tools, materials, and presentations and nurture campaigns 4. Manage social media presence and direct programs to improve social media identity and recognition 5. Establish and maintains relationships with industry influencers, senior leadership and key strategic partners 6. Employ cutting edge digital marketing techniques to attract the attention of target audiences, drive action, and understand and manage brand reputation 7. Partner closely with product teams, sales, and other marketing functions to define and lead growth initiatives that drive acquisition, retention, expansion, and referrals. 8. Understand our target audience and personas, design experiments, develop campaign strategies, and drive execution of campaigns. 9. Create and manage a B2B marketing editorial calendar that aligns with demand generation, and sales goals. 10. Own metrics and reporting for all growth efforts for Marketing including awareness metrics, acquisition metrics, conversion rates, retention rates, and others. Maintain a data-first approach to continually measure and optimize performance. 11. Manage the budget and analytics all campaigns to identify things that are working and scale them 12. Implement an experiment design framework aimed at identifying and testing potential new growth channels Desired Skills 1. 2+ years experience in growth marketing and digital marketing. History of building and executing growth strategies at B2B companies. 2. Digital marketing expertise , with demonstrated success creating and executing multichannel digital programs at scale. 3. Experienced in digital marketing disciplines, from SEM/SEO, display and social to mobile and beyond, with track record of proven results 4. Results-oriented and data-driven, with the Experience working cross-functionally with creatives, product teams, sales and other marketing functions 5. Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, both at the executive level and with peers and cross-functional teams. Can clearly articulate ideas, frame problems and offer solutions. 6. Strong knowledge of demand generation strategies and methodologies for testing. 7. Strong analytical, problem solving, and critical thinking skills with impeccable attention to details 8. Leadership of high-impact content marketing efforts 9. Hands-on experience crafting growth experiments
