Job Overview We are looking for a Sales Development Manager who will be handling the SDR Team & and creating GTM strategy with the help of management. You will be responsible for New Sales Leads to grow our client base. The goal is to contribute to grow our strategic leads to achieve long-term success. Primary Responsibilities 1. Train and manage the day-day operations of the SDR Team to identify, contact, and create qualified opportunities 2. Establish & track metrics and help the team improve and understand their performance 3. Achieve monthly sales targets such as the number of demos scheduled, qualified opportunities, weekly activities, and appointment setting. 4. Accurately forecast weekly, monthly, and quarterly attainment of overall sales targets 5. Communicate regularly with colleagues, management, and potential prospects 6. Ensure the proper use of CRM and other internal tools for effective data management 7. Contribute to our overall Sales & Growth strategy by working with the Regional Sales Managers, Sales Director, VP of Sales, and the executive team on all the projects Desired Skills 1. 5-7 years of experience in B2B Sales or Business Development 2. 2 years of experience in SDR/Inside Sales Team Management 3. High energy with the desire and ability to grow and thrive in a dynamic startup environment 4. Highly disciplined in approach and familiar with sales management tools and CRM 5. Industry expertise either in software, human capital management technology, staffing, or recruiting industry sales 6. Proven ability to juggle multiple projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail 7. A strong propensity to take initiative; thrive on change and ambiguity 8. Ability to play well with members of your team through collaboration and sharing of learned insights
