Key responsibilities : - Be part of a team that works closely with the CEO to develop future growth strategies and futureproof the business - Work on new initiatives, new product ideation, and be on top of industry trends and competition - Drive company strategies basis deep understanding of the drivers of financial, marketing and operational performance - Understand the commercial real estate/co-working industry to drive strong supply-side strategies - Analyze company-wide data and craft insights for improving cost efficiency and customer experience and make suggestions - Develop models and use analytics for refined data capturing and analysis - Design, manage, and improve dashboards used by senior management, external partners and investors - Support various special project assignments Basic Qualifications : Minimum Qualifications : - Graduation/Post Graduation from a Tier 1/Tier 2 college Work experience : - 5+ years of experience in a consulting/strategy/start-up atmosphere dealing in cross-vertical problems and finding solutions. Required Qualifications : Highly motivated individuals who : - Strong Business mindset and very strong analytical capabilities - Advanced MS Excel skills - Ability to handle and structure analysis independently - Good working knowledge of MS PowerPoint and MS Word, experience with creating presentations - Is comfortable with numerical and quantitative calculations and analysis - Entrepreneurial skills having good business initiative with experience of finance-related valuation and Corporate Development strategies, Mergers and Acquisitions and/or strategic planning - Excellent attention to details, high output accuracy and out-of-box thinking to bring in innovative approaches to problems/issues in data processing - Demonstrate excellent written and oral communication skills - Have a strong work ethic and can complete deliverables with short deadlines - Time management - must be able to manage workload efficiently and push out deliverables before deadlines - Rigor - must be diligent to ensure work is thorough and completely error-free - We are looking for well-rounded people who are willing to commit wholeheartedly to our cause for the next couple of years and grow alongside the company.
