This role will be part of the Projects department and will be independently handling all the Design related activities including Design enhancement and Space optimization. Position Responsibilities: - Understands the Design requirements of a Coworking space, FnB areas and similar set ups. - Prepare layouts as per the Design requirements and guidelines - Share new ideas on enhancing the main lobby, arrival experience and workplace enhancement - Space optimization with respect to aesthetics and ergonomics. - Hands-on with design coordination between Interior &amp; MEP services - Prepare Design reference schedule i.e. the Finishes Chart - Prepare 3D views for the areas that are different from the Standard model, for presentation and approval from the Management - Graphics designing for the new centers - Provide execution drawings for the non-standard areas/customizations. - Check RCP and other drawings with respect to- a. Light fixtures positioning b. Fire related fixtures- Smoke detectors &amp; sprinklers layout c. WiFi Access points d. Ceiling panels or any other feature e. CCTV layout
