Awfis - Finance Controller (12-18 yrs)
(Must have experience in Implementation of ERP Syste)
- Managing a team and overseeing every aspect of accounting, finance, treasury and taxation matters as per IGAAP reporting for the organization.
- Monitor financial health of the company with respect to budget, forecasting, working capital management
- Present regular fiscal reports including P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow statement to the board
- Ensure timely statutory compliances
- Implementation of ERP system
- Setting up of processes to improve operational efficiency & clearing bottlenecks to reduce timelines
- Participating in the fund raising activities & representing the organization from a financial stand point to the board
- Partnering effectively with management and divisional heads & assisting them with their financial and business planning. This could include identifying and evaluating business models financially
- Overseeing short-term & long-term budgetary planning and cost management in alignment with strategic plan
- Collaborating effectively with multitude of external and internal stakeholders and promote a culture where people look forward to contributing towards perpetual improvement of finance operations and decision making.
